How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can only be made by contacting Mim. Please fill out the contact form on the Contact Page or send her an email. We will schedule your first and future appointments while offering you intake forms and further details if needed.

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a holistic ancient Indian system of medicine. It focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit through natural remedies, lifestyle practices, herbal treatments, and dietary adjustments. Ayurveda aims to prevent illness, promote wellness, and treat ailments by harmonizing the individual’s unique constitution.

What happens in the Initial Consultation?
In the 2-hour Ayurvedic medical assessment, we'll review your medical history, diet, routines, lifestyle, and physiological functions. Mim will use this information to create an Ayurvedic Assessment, which you'll receive at the first follow-up visit.

What happens in the Follow Up Visit?
Mim will give you a handout informing you what your perfect balance is, where you are today, the reasons why, and how to get you back in balance. This will include recommendations for herbs, lifestyle changes, and dietary changes. Mim will support and guide you in integrating these changes into your life. Before each follow-up visit, Mim will provide you with a task to work on. During the visit, Mim will inquire about your progress and make necessary adjustments accordingly.

Is Mim a Medical Practitioner?
Mim is an Ayurvedic Practitioner. Ayurvedic practitioners may not make suggestions about altering your Western medical care. They may not recommend altering your prescriptions without the approval of your medical doctor.

How can I pay for my appointments?
Payments can be made by TWINT or cash only. Thank you!

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment will be billed accordingly.
