Meet Mim
YOUR HERBAL & AYURVEDIC HEALTH COUNSELOR
Paving a New Path
Before becoming an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Clinical Herbalist, Mim worked in the corporate world and then managed her own educational business, which developed holistic teaching methods, trained teachers, and taught in schools. For the past decade, Mim has found sanctuary in long-distance running. Some years ago, running wasn't enough to calm her mind; it was then that she decided to find answers in nature. She embarked on a three-year Herbal Medicine Course, and during that course, she discovered Ayurveda.
Mim found balance by taking on simple Ayurvedic practices, which ignited a profound desire to deepen her knowledge and share Ayurveda with everyone! Since embarking on her studies, Mim has found her path toward sharing her knowledge to empower and guide others toward a healthier, joyful, and balanced life. You will still find Mim running along the shores of Lake Geneva, and now, you can also find her practicing as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Herbalist at her clinic, Neshamama.

The Meaning of Neshamama
Neshamama, like Ayurveda, is a combination of two words.
Ayur = Life, Veda = Science;
Ayurveda is the ‘Science of Life,’ often referred to as the “Mother of All Healing.”
Neshama = Soul, Mama = Mother, Earth, Giver of Life;
The soul gifts aspiration and acceptance. The mama gifts growth, nurtures and protects.
